F.I.T. Lab Fitness is a Hybrid Strength & Conditioning Program. A uniquely designed 1 hour workout including both cardio and strength training ultimately providing Real & Lasting RESULTS.
Special V.I.P. ADD ONs for other programs are available to our F.I.T. Members.
