Fitness is more than a passion of his… It’s a lifestyle. He wasn’t always fit. There was a time he was over weight, tired, and just not himself anymore. So he decided to get back at it. He lost over half his body fat all while adding on muscle. Now he has so much more energy, all while now being in the best shape of his life his goal is to help others do the same.
