Coach Pete is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Kinesiology. Fitness has been a part of his life since he had started playing sports at a young age. He didn’t start lifting weights until 7th grade when he began playing football. Since then he has been obsessed with exercise. Exercising not only the physical but it’s a way for him to get away for just a little while and go clear his mind. He feels that everyone should incorporate some type of physical activity into their life because the benefits go beyond than just altering a physique… It’s a lifestyle!
