Fitness has positively impacted her life tremendously. Exercising allows her to grow as a person physically and mentally. As a Coach at F.I.T. Lab she is grateful to be able to guide others to live a happier, healthier lifestyle, and become a better version of themselves. She believes everyone, no matter what age, is capable of exercising and staying healthy. It’s incredibly amazing to see our members achieve and/or surpass their personal fitness and life goals!
